    Surrounding Rock Monitoring Technology in Single Special Thickness Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 以彬长矿区单一特厚4#煤层为背景,采用现场工业实践的方法,通过对回采工作面进行深基点位移监测,确定采动影响下,巷道两帮和顶板的动态位移量,以此为基础来判断巷道围岩的离层情况,及时发现存在的安全隐患,为控制围岩的稳定性和保障煤矿的安全生产提供依据。同时对巷道锚杆锚索进行测力研究,分析锚杆锚索的受力状态,确定锚杆锚索支护安全与否,及时发现锚杆锚索支护存在的问题,进而改善支护效果。

       

      Abstract: Taking the single special thickness seam in Binchang mining area as the background,through on-site industrial practice method and the displacement monitoring by deep stope basis points in working face,the dynamic displacement of roadway two sides and the roof are determined under the influence of mining,which is took as basis to judge the separation situations of roadway surrounding rock,and timely detect potential safety hazard to provide the basis for controlling the surrounding rock stability and safeguarding coal mine safety production.Meanwhile,this paper studies the bolt and anchor cable force measurement,and analyzes the stress state of the bolt and cable to determine the safety of the bolt and cable support.Timely found the problems of bolt and cable support and improve the supporting effect.
