    Application of Directional Drilling Technology for Fire Prevention and Extinguishing in Coal Mine Goaf

    • 摘要: 针对韩咀煤矿采空区出现温度异常点,且CO富集、涌出量严重超标的问题,通过分析矿井地质资料和矿区险情,确定使用定向钻进技术往采空区异常点施工定向钻孔,并通过钻孔向目标靶区灌注黄泥浆及防灭火材料,成功降低了异常区温度和CO浓度,为矿井的安全生产提供了保障。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of abnormal temperature points and seriously exceeded CO (carbonic oxide) concentration, emission rate in goaf of Hanzui Coal Mine, through the analysis of mine geology data and dangerous omen, we determine to construct directional drillings towards abnormal points in mined-out area using directional drilling technique, then pour the yellow mud and fire-prevention materials into objective target through the drillings. The abnormal zone temperature and CO concentration are successfully reduced, which can provide a guarantee for the mine safety production.
