    • 摘要: 为提升高瓦斯矿井高强度开采工作面上隅角瓦斯治理效果,开发了上隅角定向拖管技术。采用理论分析的方法,分析了单“U”型通风方式条件下上隅角瓦斯积聚机理,对传统式埋管抽放技术进行了改革,将上隅角埋管静态抽采模式变为拖管抽采动态抽采模式,在左权鑫顺煤矿15101工作面进行工程试验。结果表明:上隅角拖管定向抽采技术能够实现抽放口定向动态调整;最佳抽放点位置为距离底板2.4 m(垂距)、沿倾斜方向距离回风巷道1.57 m(横距)、沿走向深入采空区17.4 m处(纵距);另外,左权鑫顺煤矿15101工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度由工程试验前的0.72%降低到试验后的0.57%,取得了较理想的上隅角瓦斯治理效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve upper corner gas control effect at high strength mining working face of high gas coal mine, we developed directional dragging tube technology in upper corner. Using the method of theoretical analysis, we research gas accumulation mechanism in the single U-type ventilation conditions at the corner, reform traditional buried pipe drainage technology, transform buried pipe static drainage mode in the upper corner to dragging tube dynamic drainage mode, did engineering test at 15101 working face of the Zuoquan Xinshun Coal Mine. The results show that: the directional drag pipe drainage technology at the upper corner could realize directional dynamic adjustment of drainage port; the best extraction position is 2.4 m from the floor (vertical distance), and 1.57 m along the inclined direction from the air return roadway (horizontal distance), 17.4 m along the strike deep mined-out area (portrait distance); it realized the gas concentration reduced to 0.57% after engineering test from 0.72% before engineering test at the corner of 15101 working face in Xinshun Coal Mine and achieved ideal gas control effect.
