    Analysis and Treatment of CO Anomaly Occurred in 22307 Goaf of Bulianta Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对补连塔煤矿22308工作面初采阶段相邻22307采空区CO浓度异常,对22307采空区采取注液态CO2、注氮和注浆等综合防灭火措施后,无明显效果。经地表裂隙排查,发现22308工作面对应地表采坑存在冒烟明火区域,利用SF6气体示踪技术测定地表采坑、12煤采空区与22307采空区存在漏风通道。通过对地表采坑进行剥挖并用黄土覆盖压实处理,22307采空区CO浓度急剧下降,证实了采坑内煤矸石自燃是导致22307采空区CO浓度异常的根本原因。

       

      Abstract: For the problem that CO anomaly occurred in 22307 goaf at the initial stage of 22308 coal mining face in Bulianta Coal Mine, the results did not meet expectations after taking comprehensive treatment measures in 22307 goaf, which includes liquid CO2, liquid N2 injection and grouting. There are open flame and smoking in surface mining pit corresponding to 22308 coal mining face, through searching surface cracks, and there are air leak channel among surface mining pit, 12 coal mining area and 22307 goaf with SF6 marked gas. CO content was dropped sharply in 22307 goaf through taking some measures for the mining pit like excavating, loess overburden and compaction, this confirmed that spontaneous combustion of coal gangue in mining pit was the fundamental reason leading to CO abnormal occurred in 22307 goaf.
