    Rational Support Technology of Roadways Driving Along Next Goaf in Two Sides of Isolated Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 针对孤岛综放工作面在回采过程中矿压增大,导致巷道难以维护问题,通过松动圈实测研究了孤岛综放工作面巷道的失稳机理,提出了锚梁网索一体支护方法,并进行了现场工业性试验。结果表明:巷道经此种方式支护后,巷道顶底位移和两帮位移在掘巷期间(160 d以内)变形很小,在工作面回采期间变形虽然有所增大,但总的变形量仍然较小,保障了煤矿的顺利开采和人员安全。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the supporting problem of difficult maintainence of roadway caused by rock pressure increasing during mining process of isolated fully mechanized caving face,this paper investigated the failure mechanism of the isolated fully mechanized caving face by field research of loose circle,put forward one body support method with wire meshes and cable anchor,and carried out the field industrial test.The results showed that the displacement of roof,floor and two sides of roadway was very small during excavating(within 160 days) in this support way,and the deformation became larger during the mining of working face,but the total amount of deformation was still small,which provided good conditions for smooth mining and personnel safety.
