    Research and Application of Comprehensive Control Technique for Small Coal Pillar at Fully-mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 根据阳煤五矿回采巷道首次采用10 m煤柱进行综放开采的实际情况,选取8407工作面回风巷为研究对象,采用局部煤柱注浆加固、喷涂堵漏的工程措施进行煤柱性能的对比试验。通过理论分析护巷煤柱上覆岩层破断结构特征,用FLAC3D软件数值模拟煤柱在不同条件下内部的应力分布特征,采用现场实测的方法对煤柱的适应性进行了实时监测,并对其适应性进行了分析。研究与实践表明:通过一系列的围岩控制技术措施、规范的生产组织与技术管理,10 m护巷煤柱完全满足生产要求。

       

      Abstract: According to the actual situation that mining roadway in Yangquan Coal Group No.5 Mine uses 10 m pillar to carry out full-mechanized caving mining for the first time, selecting 8407 working face of return airway as research object, contrast test was carried out with engineering measures of local grouting reinforcement, plugging and spraying for coal pillar. Through the theoretical analysis of rupture structure characteristics of overlying rock of protective coal pillar, FLAC3D software is used to simulate the inner stress distribution features under different conditions; field measurement is used to carry out real-time monitoring on the adaptability of coal pillar, and its adaptability is analyzed. Research and practice shows that through a series of surrounding rock control technology measures and standardization of production organization and management technology, the protective coal pillar with 10 m can completely meet the requirement of production.
