    • 摘要: 针对油页岩回采巷道难支护特点,结合油页岩物理化学性质分析,指出围岩层理结构及风化作用是巷道变形失稳的根本原因,并通过数值模拟研究确定锚杆支护参数。在此基础上提出了"高强预紧,适度让压,喷浆护表"的围岩控制技术,通过高强预应力让压锚杆、锚索配套大面积碟形托盘实现围岩稳定控制。在埋深800~850 m的回采巷道应用该技术与以往的支护效果进行对比分析,表明提出的围岩控制技术有效控制了巷道变形破坏,保证了巷道的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the difficult support features of the oil shale mining roadway,combined with the analysis of physical and chemical properties of oil shale,it is pointed out that bedding structure of surrounding rock and weathering is the root cause of roadway deformation instability,and bolting parameters are determined by numerical simulation.On this basis,a rock control technology of "high-strength prestressing,moderate yield,retaining the table by guniting" is proposed,and the surrounding rock stability control is achieved by yielding anchor bolt of high-strength prestressed and anchor cable matching with a large area butterfly pallet.Comparative analysis of supporting effect of the technology applied in the roadway depth of 800~850 m with the previous,it is showed that the proposed rock control technology can effectively control deformation and failure of the roadway,which ensured the stability of the roadway.
