    Reasons Analysis of Large Deformation for Roadway Surrounding Rock Under Hard Roof and Its Controlling Measures

    • 摘要: 某矿正在回采的12221工作面运输巷出现大变形,顶底板变形尤为明显,严重影响了进风、运料等工序。基于巷道围岩大变形影响因素分析可以得出:坚硬的中砂岩周期来压遗留的弧形结构回转对下侧巷道挤压,是造成围岩大变形的主要因素;现场实施了深孔爆破强制放顶,进一步围岩变形测点监测结果对比表明:爆破后顶底板变形量减小了58.63%、两帮变形量减小了35.86%。

       

      Abstract: Large deformation occurred at 12221 working face transportation roadway of a mine, especially the roof and floor, which seriously affected the intake air and material handling process. Based on the influencing factors of large deformation of roadway surrounding rock, it is concluded that: the extrusion of periodic weighting of hard sandstone on remained arc structure rotation for downside roadway is the main factors causing large deformation of surrounding rock; deep hole blasting forced caving was implemented in field; compared to the surrounding rock deformation monitoring points further, roof and floor deformation reduced 58.63% after blasting, and the deformation of two-side reduced 35.86%.
