    Study and Application of A New Chemical Grout Reinforcement Technology

    • 摘要: 通过论述新型化学浆液加固工艺的材料参数、设备特性以及注浆影响因素,并针对金能煤业公司3122工作面回采期间极易冒顶片帮情况,确定了现场注浆加固方案和施工参数。该工艺有效解决了工作面易片帮、漏顶的难题,对类似矿井有借鉴作用。

       

      Abstract: This paper discusses the material parameters,equipment characteristics and the grouting influencing factors of a new chemical grout reinforcement technology,and determines the field grouting reinforcement programs and the construction parameters according to the situations that the roof fall and rib spalling accidents very easily happened in the 3122 working face of Jinneng coal industry company.This process effectively resolves the problems of rib spalling and leaky roof in working face,which provides a reference for the similar mine.
