    井下局部制冷系统在高温高湿工作面的试验及应用

    Experiment and Application of Underground Local Refrigeration System in High Temperature

    • 摘要: 针对龙家堡矿411工作面的工程及地质条件,采用井下局部制冷系统在411工作面开展了降温、除湿试验及应用。结果表明:在开启井下局部降温系统3 h后,能使风流温度平均下降3.3~5.3 ℃、湿度平均下降11%~17%;随着风流本身温度和湿度的降低,制冷系统所引起的平均温降和平均湿降也将有所降低;井下局部降温系统能使411工作面风流温度下降至26 ℃以下,降温效果显著。

       

      Abstract: For the engineering and geological conditions at 411 working face of Longjiapu Mine, the underground local refrigeration system for cooling and dehumidification was applied. The results showed that: after three hours usage of the underground local refrigeration system, the working face average temperature dropped of 3.3 ℃ to 5.3 ℃ and the average humidity dropped of 11% to 17%; when the airflow temperature and humidity decreased, the average temperature drop and dehumidification effect would reduce; the underground local refrigeration system can make the temperature of the working face dropped to below 26 ℃, and the dehumidification effect is obvious.
