    Research on Dust Fall Effect of New Type of Low Dust Shotcreting System

    • 摘要: 为改善井下作业环境,降低井下粉尘浓度,开发了TSN/B1N无尘化喷浆机和PQ-00双进水混合喷枪等设备,并对其降尘效果进行研究。首先采用AutoCAD、Gambit及Fluent软件对JSK煤矿巷道前后粉尘浓度分布进行模拟对比,并进行工程实测加以验证。粉尘浓度分布与现场实测数据基本吻合。研究结果表明,运用了TSN/B1N无尘化喷浆机和PQ-00双进水混合喷枪等设备后,降低了粉尘浓度,改善了喷浆作业环境。

       

      Abstract: To improve the underground working environment, reduce underground dust concentration, we developed TSN / B1N dust-free spraying machine and PQ-00 double water mixing guns and other equipment, and studied its dust effects. Firstly, AutoCAD, Gambit and Fluent software are used to simulate and compare the dust concentration distribution of JSK Mine roadway before and after dust fall, and engineering tests are verified. Dust concentration distribution is consistent with the measured data. The results show that the use of TSN / B1N dust-free spraying machine and PQ-00 double water mixing guns and other equipment can reduce dust concentration, improve the working environment of shotcreting operation.
