    Study on Stable Layer Position in Bidirectional Concave Shaped Roadway Layout System in Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为研究厚煤层双向凹字型布巷系统的稳定层位置,首先通过理论分析确定了影响稳定层位置的因素有:煤体不同层位的强度和裂隙,煤层中较稳定夹矸的厚度和位置,煤炭损失率,巷道顶板锚索是否能进入坚硬致密的岩层等。其次基于三角煤损失率应用理论计算确定稳定层距煤层底板距离。研究表明:随着工作面长度的增加和稳定层距煤层底板的距离的减少,三角煤的损失率减小,并得出三角煤损失率与稳定层位置的关系式;最后应用数值模拟分析了稳定层位置对巷道围岩稳定性影响规律。

       

      Abstract: In order to research stable layer in bidirectional concave shaped roadway layout system in thick coal-seam, firstly, we find out the factors affecting the stable layer position by theoretical analysis: coal strength and fractures in different layers of coal, thickness and position of relatively stable gangue in coal seam, the coal loss rate, and whether the roadway roof anchor can come into hard and compact rock or not. Secondly, based on the loss rate of triangle coal, we determine the distance from stable layer to coal seam floor by theoretical calculation. The research shows that: the loss rate of triangle coal decreases with the increase of the length of the working face and the decrease of the distance from stable layer to coal seam floor, and we obtain the relation between the loss rate of triangle coal and stable layer position. Finally, we apply simulation analysis to analyze the influence law of the stability of surrounding rock by the stable layer position.
