    A New Coal Mine Methane Utilization Device

    • 摘要: 基于多孔介质燃烧器的煤层气储热式斯特林发动机系统是一种适应我国煤矿煤层气浓度低、波动大特点的发电利用方式。该装置通过将多孔介质燃烧器对低浓度气源的良好适应性和斯特林发动机的外燃特性有机结合,构建多孔介质燃烧器驱动斯特林发动机系统,并采用储热器实现二者的连接,以进一步缓解煤层气气源波动对系统的冲击。

       

      Abstract: Coalbed methane thermal storage type Stirling engine system based on porous medium burner is power utilization method which adapts to characteristics of low coal mine methane concentration and big flectuation in China.Through organically combining good adaptability of porous medium burner to low-concentration gas source with the external combustion characteristics of the Stirling engine,the device builds Stirling engine system drived by the porous medium burner,and the connection between the two devices is achieved by heat accumulator,which further alleviates the impact of coalbed methane gas source fluctuations on the system.
