    Fire Prevention and Control Technology for Large Mining Height Workface in Close Distance Coal Seams with Positive Pressure Ventilation

    • 摘要: 针对正压通风矿井近距离煤层群大采高工作面所面临的煤层易自燃难题,以大柳塔煤矿12314综采工作面为例,分析了工作面回采过程中采空区遗煤自燃危险因素,建立了自燃预测预报系统,提出了以“工作面控风为主,注氮、注浆、封堵漏风为辅”的综合防灭火技术措施。

       

      Abstract: Aimed at the problems of coal spontaneous combustion at large mining height workface of close distance coal seams in the mine with positive pressure ventilation, taking 12314 fully mechanized caving face of Daliuta Coal Mine as an example, we analyzed the dangerous factors of residual coal in gob during mining period, and established prediction and forecast system of coal spontaneous combustion; the comprehensive technology of fire prevention and extinguishment was provided by controlling the air distribution of face as the core and secondarily by injecting nitrogen, grouting, sealing air leakage in the gob.
