    Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Control Technology for Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Wangwa No.2 Mine

    • 摘要: 王洼二矿215021综放工作面在撤架回收准备阶段,进风侧采空区内遗煤发生自燃,出现了工作面CO气体浓度超限的现象,影响了工作面支架的安全撤出。结合现场实际情况和煤层赋存条件,分析CO气体浓度超限的原因并制定了治理方案。采用高位钻孔压注黄泥浆和高分子胶体为主要防灭火技术,并配合降低风量、上下端头封堵等措施,使工作面架间CO气体浓度恢复正常;回风流的CO气体浓度从最高的77×10-6下降到11×10-6,并一直稳定维持在24×10-6以下,实现对火区的有效控制,保证了工作面支架的安全撤出。

       

      Abstract: In the preparation stage of withdrawing, 215021 full-mechanized caving face in Wangwa No.2 Mine appears spontaneous combustion in inlet side of goaf, and the CO gas concentration is overrun, which affects the safety withdrawing of working face support. Based on the actual situation and coal seam occurrence conditions, we analyze the overrun reasons of CO gas concentration and develop a governance program. Using the fire fighting technology of playing high drilling filled with yellow mud and polymer colloid, combined with measures of reducing the amount of wind, sealing the top and bottom, the CO gas concentration returns to normal at working face. The CO gas concentration in return current falls down to 11×10-6 from the highest 77×10-6, and remains under 24×10-6 stably, which controls the fire effectively and ensures the safety withdrawing of the working surface support.
