    坚硬顶板中厚煤层“恒阻让-抗”巷旁支护方法

    "Constant Resistance Yielding-supporting" Roadside Support Method in Medium-thickness Coal Seam with Hard Roof

    • 摘要: 以某煤矿16015工作面巷道为背景,探讨了中厚煤层坚硬顶板条件下巷旁控制机理,提出了“恒阻让-抗”巷旁支护方法。该方法将恒阻体与高强不可压缩体结合组成巷旁支护体,在保证充填体不被损坏下,允许顶板“可控”下沉,实现了对巷道顶板“给定变形”和“限定变形”的有效控制。根据巷道顶板特征,确定了恒阻体的让压高度为0.4 m,恒定支护阻力为15 MPa。利用数值模拟方法,确定了充填体的宽度为1.8 m,抗压强度为25 MPa。现场试验表明,“恒阻让-抗”巷旁支护方法能够保证较好的留巷效果,巷道能满足安全生产的需要。

       

      Abstract: The 16015 working face track tunnel in a mine is taken as the background to discuss the roadside control mechanism in thick coal seam under hard roof, and the "constant resistance yielding-supporting" roadside support method is proposed. The method is the roadside support combined constant resistance body with high strength uncompressed body, which allows the roof artificially controlled deformation and achieves the control of "given deformation" and "limit deformation" of roadway roof effectively under the condition that filling body can not be damaged. According to the characteristics of the roadway roof, the pressure height of the constant resistance body is 0.4 m, and the constant support resistance is 15 MPa. Using the numerical simulation method, the width of the filling body is 1.8 m, and the compressive strength is 25 MPa. Field tests show that the "constant resistance yielding-supporting" roadside support method can ensure good effects on gob-side entry retaining; the roadway can meet the needs of production safety.
