    螺旋辅助排渣水射流高压钻杆设计

    Design of Spiral Auxiliary Deslagging Drill Pipe for High Pressure Water-jet

    • 摘要: 针对水射流割缝过程中的排渣和密封难题,研究了水射流排渣的影响因素,提出了以流体排渣为主、机械排渣为辅的协同排渣的新思路。研制的螺旋辅助排渣水射流高压钻杆采用O型圈密封和密封管螺纹密封的组合式密封,实现耐压40 MPa。现场工业性试验表明,螺旋辅助排渣水射流高压钻杆能够有效的疏通钻孔排渣通道和降低煤屑粒径,满足水射流增透措施的排渣和密封要求。

       

      Abstract: A new viewpoint of synergistic deslagging is offered on the basis of analyzing water-jet deslagging influencing factors of deslagging and sealing difficulty in high pressure water-jet slotting and hole reaming. The combined sealing structure of spiral auxiliary deslagging drill pipe was combined with O-ring and sealing pipe threads, and the compressive strength is 40 MPa. The industrial field tests show that the spiral auxiliary deslagging drill pipe can dredge deslagging passage and decreased coal cuttings size; the research results can meet the requirements of deslagging and sealing.
