    林南仓矿瓦斯浓度超3%闭锁风机功能的实现

    • 摘要: 根据AQ 6201—2006煤矿安全监控系统通用技术要求的规定,当煤矿掘进巷道内瓦斯浓度≥3.0%,局部通风机停止运转,2个条件都具备时对局部通风机闭锁使之不能启动,防止“一风吹”。在实现、运用该功能时,存在安全监控系统控制逻辑设计不合理,现场应用不易实现、易造成风机误停、无法周期调校测试的问题。以KJ100NA安全监控系统和林南仓矿井实际为例,阐述“3%闭锁”控制的设计与现场实现。

       

      Abstract: According to the provisions of AQ 6201—2006 coal mine safety monitoring system for general technical requirements,when gas concentration in coal mine driving roadway is more than or equal to 3.0%, local fan stops running; when two conditions are met, local fan is blocked and closed to prevent "Chui". In the implementation and use of the function, control logic design is unreasonable, and field application is not easy to realize, which is easy to cause wind machine stopped by mistake and unable to carry out periodic calibration test. Taking KJ100NA safety monitoring system and Linnancang Mine as an example, "3.0% blocking" control design and field realization are elaborated.
