    Online Monitoring Technology of Mine Main Fan

    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于西门子S7-300系列PLC的矿井主通风机在线监控系统,系统采用了具备高抗干扰性、高可靠性、适用于工业环境现场的控制器以及传感器,保证系统的监测值以及风机控制指令在电磁干扰严重的通风机房中可靠的传输;通过伯努利方程计算得到主通风机的排风量,避免由于风筒截面风流量不均引起的计算偏差。

       

      Abstract: A kind of mine main fan online monitoring system based on Siemens S7-300 series PLC is designed. The controllers and sensors which have high anti-interference, high reliability and are suitable for industrial environment have been adopted. In order to ensure the system’s monitoring values and the fan control instructions can be reliably transferred in the serious electromagnetic interference fan room, the system calculates the exhaust air volume of the main fan through Bernoulli equation to avoid the calculation error which is caused by the duct section uneven airflow.
