    Runaway Car Protection System Based on Multi-master Communication Technology

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种基于PLC技术的煤矿跑车防护系统。系统采用多个CPU主站的方式,对单套跑车防护电控箱分散控制,对整套跑车防护系统集中管理;提出了基于以太网的CPU之间通讯方案,给出了数据交换方法,解决了主站故障后其他各套跑车防护电控箱无法工作的问题。系统实现了跑车防护系统各控制站的独立运行和统一管控,达到了系统安全稳定、精准可靠的目的,减少了系统故障导致的局部停产的情况发生。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces a coal mine runaway car protection system based on PLC technology. The system uses multiple CPU masters, the decentralized control of a single set of car door electric control box, centralized management of the whole car door system; based on the communication scheme between the CPU of Ethernet, data exchange method is presented to solve the problem that other various sets of car door electric control box can not work after the master fault. The system realizes the independent operation and unified management and control of each control station of the runaway car protection system, achieves the goal of system safety and stability, precision and reliability, and reduces the local production halts of the system failure.
