    A Signal Centralization Interlocking Transportation System for Coal Mine Two-way Single Lane

    • 摘要: 针对某煤电股份有限公司西铭矿井下巷道为双向单车道的特点,结合嵌入式技术与传感技术,设计了一种矿井双向单车道“信集闭”系统。系统将井下车辆定位系统和安全检测监控系统相结合,通过计轴传感器与无线接收器采集数据实现机车位置定位,解决了基于RFID的煤矿“信集闭”系统在双向单车道定位不准确的问题,采用手拉手环网结构为设备之间数据传输提供了冗余链路,确保在井下系统安全和稳定运行。

       

      Abstract: Regarding the feature of two-way single lane of Ximing Mine lane of a certain coal power limited liability company, we designed a mine two-way single lane signal centralization interlocking transportation system by combining embedded technology and sensor technology. System combined the vehicle positioning system and safety detection and monitoring system in the coal mines, and realized vehicle location positioning through collecting data from axle counter censor and wireless receiver, solved the inaccurate issue of RFID-based mine signal centralization interlocking transportation system in two-way single lane positioning, adopted hand-in-hand looped network structure to provide redundant link for data transmission among equipment, thus guaranteed the system safety and stable operation in the pit.
