    Development of Screen Pipe Booster Used in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 煤矿井下用筛管助推器是用来向煤矿井下瓦斯抽放钻孔中下放塑料筛管的装置。针对煤矿井下特殊条件,对煤矿井下用筛管助推器机械和液压系统进行了设计。介绍了筛管助推器研制过程,包括夹持方案设计、胶带轮副设计、与钻机连接方式设计,分析了液压马达串、并联的优缺点,介绍了液压马达选型过程以及助推器对液压泵站的要求。

       

      Abstract: Screen pipe booster is a device used for conveying screen pipe into gas drainage borehole in underground coal mine. According to the special condition in underground coal mine, the mechanical and hydraulic systems are designed. This paper introduces development process of the booster, including the design of clamping scheme, the design of pulley, and the connection mode with drilling machine, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of hydraulic motor in series and in parallel, introduces the hydraulic motor selection process and requirements for hydraulic pump station.
