    井下泥水平衡顶管掘进装置泥水系统设计

    Design of Slurry System for Slurry Balanced Pipe Jacking Machine in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 泥水系统作为泥水平衡顶管掘进技术核心,一直以来缺少其在井下方面的研究。结合前人的工程经验与矿井下施工特点,提出一套适用井下施工的泥水系统设计方法,包括管径、流速、流量的确定,管阻的计算,泵的选型,以及采用高效的泥浆处理系统。在实际井下施工过程中发现,设计的泥水系统运行稳定,带渣能力强,进而验证了工艺设计的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Slurry system is the core of slurry balance pipe jacking technology, the researches on which are scarce in coal mine all along. Combined with previous engineering experience and environmental characteristics of coal mine, the slurry system design suited for coal mine construction was presented, including determination of the pipe diameter, flow velocity and flow rate, calculation of pipe resistance, selection of the pump and application of the high efficient mud treatment system. In the actual construction process in coal mine, the slurry system runs stably and has strong ability to carry muck, which verifies the feasibility of the process design method.
