    Influence of Radial Outlet Angle of Fresh Air on Dust Control at Fully Mechanized Excavating Face

    • 摘要: 为了提升综掘面的控尘效果,针对附壁风筒径向出风夹角进行研究,利用Fluent模拟不同夹角对工作面控尘效果的影响,优选并加工不同径向出风夹角的附壁风筒应用于工程实践。结果表明不同径向出风夹角对工作面控尘效果影响不同;径向出风夹角为0°时,风流直接作用于带式输送机形成二次污染,控尘效果不佳;控尘效果最佳径向出风夹角为15°或30°。

       

      Abstract: In order to enhance the effect of dust control at fully mechanized excavating face, radial outlet angle of fresh air for wall-attached wind tube is studied. Fluent is used to simulate the influence of different angle on dust control effect; wall-attached wind tubes under different radial outlet angles are selected to apply for practice.The results show that different radial angle of the wind has a different inflence on dust control effect; when the radial angle of the wind tube is 0 °, secondary pollution is caused by transport belts; so the best dust control radial angle is 15 ° or 30 °.
