    北岭矿煤巷锚杆支护数值模拟分析

    Numerical Simulation Analysis of Roadway Bolting Support in Beiling Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为得出北岭矿煤巷锚杆支护的最佳方案,综合考虑锚杆锚索间排距对支护效果的影响,采用FLAC3D分析软件对5种不同间距和5种不同排距支护方式进行模拟。以巷道的塑性区分布、巷道围岩的水平应力分布和垂直应力分布及巷道顶底板的位移量作为巷道支护效果依据进行分析。结果表明:合理的锚杆、锚索支护可以有效防止塑性区扩展、有效保护顶板完整性,围岩破坏次数及破坏形式随锚杆(索)间排距不同而不同;增加支护密度可以使围岩避免出现拉应力,提高围岩承载力;合理的锚杆、锚索间排距能有效控制巷道顶板下沉量。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain the best scheme of bolt support in Beiling Coal Mine roadway, considering the influence of inter row distance of bolt and anchor cable on supporting effect, FLAC3D analysis software is used to simulate five kinds of different spacings and five different rows. Based on the plastic zone distribution, the horizontal stress distribution and the vertical stress distribution and the displacement of the roadway roof and floor, the reasonable bolt and anchor support can effectively prevent the plastic zone expansion, effectively protect the roof. The number of surrounding rock damage and failure form is different with the difference of inter row distance of bolt and anchor cable. Increasing the density of support can make the surrounding rock avoid tensile stress, and improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock. Reasonable anchor and anchor cable can effectively control the roof subsidence.
