    Influencing Factors Analysis on Underground Coal Mine Safety Atmosphere Based on ISM

    • 摘要: 为了研究煤矿井下安全氛围的影响因素,采用解释结构模型(ISM)的方法,从矿工自身、巷道内部环境及组织管理3个方面构建煤矿井下安全氛围影响因素指标体系。结果表明:表层直接影响因素涉及到个体及组织2个方面,中层间接因素集中于矿工在井下的各项表现,深层根本因素则回归于安全投入和组织管理制度。针对分析结果,提出4项措施。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence factors of underground coal mine safety atmosphere, the method of interpretative structural modeling (ISM) is adopted in this paper. We construct influencing factors index system for safety atmosphere of underground coal mine from three aspects including miners, tunnel environment and management. The result indicates that direct factors focus on individual and organization, indirect factors related to the performance of miners and specific conditions in tunnel, deep fundamental factors returned to safety investment and various institutions. According to the analysis results, four measures were proposed.
