    新型瓦斯抽采钻孔密封材料性能实验研究

    Experimental Study on Sealing Material Characteristics for New Gas Extraction Boreholes

    • 摘要: 为了更好的与动态密封技术相配套,保障瓦斯抽采钻孔的密封性,研发了新型瓦斯抽采钻孔密封材料,实验对比分析了新型密封材料与传统水泥基密封材料在黏度、膨胀性和保水性等方面的特性。结果表明:新型密封材料较传统水泥基密封材料在膨胀性、保水性方面更好,与此同时还能长时间保持较好的流动性,整体性能较传统水泥基密封材料优越,更适合于瓦斯抽采钻孔动态密封技术,能够有效封堵钻孔周围微裂隙,改善瓦斯抽采钻孔的密封性。

       

      Abstract: In order to satisfy dynamic sealing techniques and guarantee sealing effect of gas drainage. We develop a new type of gas drainage drilling sealing material and comparatively analyze viscosity, expansibility and water retention between the new sealing material and traditional cement sealing material by experiment. The conclusion of experiment is that viscosity increases with material-water ratio; the new sealing material can maintain better liquidity for a long time at the same time and the performance is superior to traditional cement sealing material. The new sealing material is more suitable for dynamic sealing technology, which can effectively block micro-cracks around the borehole and improve the sealing performance of borehole sealing.
