    Compaction Characteristics and Application of Solid Filling Material

    • 摘要: 针对目前广泛应用的5种固体充填材料,设计实验方案,对其压实特性展开研究,得出在侧限压缩条件下的应力-应变、应力-密度和压实本构特性规律,为固体充填采煤技术控制岩层及地表变形研究提供基础数据;并基于压实特性,制定了5种充填材料充填采煤工艺标准-夯实力设计指标和充采质量比,为各矿区选用不同充填材料进行固体充填采煤提供指导。

       

      Abstract: In view of the present widely used five solid filling materials, we design experiment schemes, study the compaction characteristics, and conclude that stress-strain, stress-density and compaction constitutive characteristics under the condition of lateral confined compression, which provides the basic data for controlling strata and ground surface deformation by solid filling mining technology; based on the compaction characteristics, we formulate five kinds of solid material filling mining technique: compaction force design index and mass ratio, it provides guidance for different mineral fields in the selection of solid filling materials.
