    Research on Vibration Characteristics of Blasting Excavation in Rectangular Soft Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 煤矿软岩巷道的岩体强度低、胶结程度弱,在爆破掘进过程中易受爆破卸载效应的影响,导致围岩变形量增大、巷道支护承载力降低等现象。以新上海一号煤矿112051工作面矩形软岩巷道的掘进爆破工程为背景,通过FLAC3D的非线性动力平台进行分析,研究了矩形软岩巷道的振动损伤、应力状态、变形规律与能量响应等动力反应特性。结果表明:软岩巷道两帮为拉剪破坏,顶、底板部位为剪切破坏;爆破自由面上围岩的动力扰动更加强烈,受影响的巷道长度为24~28 m;水平纵向波的振动速度最大,且振动频率集中于70~90 Hz之间,可以将其作为巷道爆破的安全控制指标。

       

      Abstract: Soft rock roadway has the properties of low strength and poor cementation, which is easy to cause the disasters such as increase rock deformation and decline supporting capacity under the influence of blasting unloading effect. Based on the engineering practice of rectangular soft rock roadway of 112051 working face in new Shanghai No.1 Coal Mine, dynamic response characteristics such as vibration damage, stress distribution, deformation laws, and energy response were researched by the method of dynamic finite difference. The results show that the destruction of the soft rock tunnel has tension-shear failure in sides and shear failure in top-and-bottom. The effect of dynamical load in the blasting face is most significant, and the length of affected roadway is 24 m to 28 m. The vibration velocity of longitudinal wave is much stronger than the other waves, and the frequency is concentrated between 70 Hz to 90 Hz, which can be chosen as a safety control indicator of excavation blasting for its value.
