    Research on Pipe Applicability of Pipe-jacking Type Small Section Tunnel Construction Technology in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 顶管式煤矿小断面巷道被认为是解决煤矿小断面施工难题的有效手段,对顶管施工中较为常用的钢筋混凝土管和钢管在煤矿井下施工的性能进行了对比研究;在深入研究了最大允许顶力等力学特性基础上,进行了轴向和径向的最大允许顶力计算,并采用有限元分析方法分析了钢管法兰强度,对煤矿顶管施工的顶力和管材受力进行分析,讨论了各自管材在煤矿顶管领域的适用范围。

       

      Abstract: Pipe jacking small section roadway of coal mine is considered to be an effective mean to solve the problem of small section construction of coal mine. The performance of reinforced concrete pipes and steel pipes that are commonly used in coal mine pipe-jacking construction is studied contrastively. Based on the study of maximum allowable jacking force and other mechanical properties, the axial and radial maximum allowable jacking force is calculated, and the flange strength of steel pipe is analyzed by finite element analysis method. The jacking force of pipe jacking construction in coal mine and pipe stress is analyzed, and their respective application scopes in the pipe-jacking field are discussed.
