    Fire Prevention Technology of Complex Coal Seam at High Gassy Fully Mechanized Caving Face Under Complex Fire Zone

    • 摘要: 同忻煤矿综采放顶煤开采易燃特厚高瓦斯煤层8106综放面位于煤峪口煤矿老火区下部,开采时大量CO气体下泄,使工作面CO气体严重超限。矿井采取了均压通风技术有效地防治了工作面的CO气体超限,采用向采空区打高位钻孔注大流量氮气的方法,形成了采空区的立体氮气流,消除了采空区瓦斯有可能被上部老火区点燃的隐患。

       

      Abstract: Tongxin Coal Mine uses fully mechanized top coal caving to mine flammable special thick high gassy seam, and 8106 fully mechanized caving face is at lower old fire zone in Meiyukou Coal Mine, and a large amount of CO gas is discharged in mining process, which causes serious overrun of CO gas at working face. The mine takes pressure balancing ventilation technology to effectively prevent and control CO gas overrun at working face, and adopts a method of injecting mass flow nitrogen by high level drilling in the goaf to form a gob of three-dimensional nitrogen flow, which eliminates the hidden that the gas in goaf may ignite by upper old fire zone.
