    Rapid Filling Technology for Roof Falling Zone at Working Face with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 针对大采高工作面易出现顶板冒落,冒落区不仅会造成液压支架空顶作业,同时易出现瓦斯积聚的情况,在分析冒落区危害的基础上,根据液压支架工作性能和工作面冒顶具体情况研发1种双液速凝充填材料,该材料具有速凝、早强、轻质和恒阻特性。材料混合后2 min失流,1 d抗压强度可达3 MPa。现场采用快速充填技术对工作面冒落区充填,保证工作面正常回采。

       

      Abstract: According to the situations that the large mining height working face is easy to appear roof caving, and the roof falling zone will not only cause the empty-support of hydraulic support, but also easy cause gas accumulation, on the basis of the hazard analysis of caving area, a double liquid quick-setting filling material is developed according to the research of working performance of hydraulic support and the specific situation of roof caving of the working face; the material has the properties of rapid hardening, early strength, light weight and constant resistance. The material will achieve defluidization in 2 min after mixing, and the compressive strength can reach 3 MPa in one day. The fast filling technique is used for caving zone filling at working area, which ensures the normal mining at working face.
