    • 摘要: 根据新疆龟兹矿西井近距离煤层坚硬顶板条件下上行开采的实际情况,认为在下部采空区切眼边界及运输巷处的“悬空结构”将给上行工作面的安全回采带来较大的安全隐患。基于顶板-煤层-底板“三位一体”矿压多元控制技术理念,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法确定相应的技术参数,提出了上行开采过程中采用顶板破断、煤层减压、底板注浆充填及工作面推进方式优化相结合的综合防治措施。现场应用取得了良好效果。

       

      Abstract: According to the actual situation of ascending mining in close distance coal seam with hard roof in Xinjiang Qiuci west mine, the cut eye boundary in the lower part of gob and the "hanging structure" of transportation roadway will bring greater safety risks to safety mining at the upward working face. Based on multiple-unit control technology of "floor, coal seam, roof" trinity, the corresponding parameters are determined by adopting the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method, and the comprehensive prevention and control measures including the combination and optimization methods of roof breaking, seam pressure relief, bottom grouting and filling and working face advancing are presented in this paper. Field application has achieved good results.
