    • 摘要: 根据地面煤层气抽采控制系统基本要求,常规PID控制方式模型的建立存在一定的困难,基于PLC模糊控制的地面煤层气智能抽采控制方法避免了建立模型带来的困难;此方法根据抽采管路中的瓦斯浓度、温度、压力、流量等参数建立了控制策略,通过系统参数利用可编程控制器(PLC)来调整抽采管路中不同浓度下的阀门开度,调整煤层气流量,实现了地面瓦斯抽采泵站对煤层气抽采的智能控制,解决了瓦斯抽采人工控制、半自动控制的不足之处。通过实验室模拟试验,验证了此方法的可行性以及实用性。

       

      Abstract: According to the basic requirements of CBM (coal bed methane) drainage control system, the establishment of conventional PID control model has some difficulties; ground CBM intelligent drainage control method based on PLC fuzzy control avoids the difficulties brought by the establishment of the model. This method is based on the gas concentration, temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters in drainage pipe to establish a control strategy to adjust the valve opening of drainage pipe at different concentrations of system parameters through the use of programmable logic controller (PLC), to adjust CBM flow and achieve the intelligent control of ground gas drainage pumping station on coal bed methane extraction and solve the deficiencies of gas extraction manual control and semi-automatic control. By laboratory simulation experiments, the feasibility and practicability of this method is verified.
