    Remote Safety Monitoring for Mine Main Fan

    • 摘要: 以主要通风机安全监测作为核心研究内容,结合流场、振动、温度等信号对所测流场进行分析,完成风机故障诊断,同时完成风机节能优化;结合马尔科夫模型采用多参数测量方案,对风机运行状态实现实时故障诊断与维护预报,方案的有效实施可以在最大程度上保证矿用风机的运行安全。

       

      Abstract: Taking the safety monitoring of main fan as a core research, the measured flow field is analyzed with the flow field, vibration, temperature and other signal; the fault diagnosis of fan is completed while fan energy optimization is also completed. Combining with Markov model, multi-parameter measurement program is used to achieve the real-time fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance for fan running state. The effective implementation of this program ensures the safe operation of mine fans at the maximum extent.
