    Coaxially Detecting Method for Motor and Reducer of Gas Extraction Pump

    • 摘要: 基于机械振动、瓦斯抽采泵气蚀及水击振动等造成地面瓦斯抽采泵等设备移动错位易造成联轴器中间的尼龙棒断裂的问题,分析其形成的主要影响因素;结合SEW减速机安装的精度要求,利用千分表轴向径向对中法对抽采泵、减速机、电机3种设备之间的连轴器进行同轴度检测;分别测量其轴心径向位移和两轴线的倾斜度,并利用相似三角形计算法来确定同轴度偏差的调整量及设备底座调平的方法;为瓦斯抽采泵定期进行同轴度检测提供简便易行的检测和调整办法。

       

      Abstract: Based on the fracture problem of nylon rods in the middle of shaft coupling due to the movement of gas extraction pump and other devices caused by mechanical vibration, the cavitation of gas extraction pump and water hammer vibration, we analyzed the main influence factors, combined with SEW reducer installation accuracy, we detect coaxially of shaft coupling among three kinds of devices of pumps, reducer, motor by dial indicator axis and radial method and measure its displacement and slope of two axis, and determine the coaxially deviation adjustment quantity and equipment base leveling method by using similar triangles calculation method, which provides a simple detecting and adjusting method for the regular detecting of the gas extraction pump.
