    矿用提升机载荷监测系统设计

    Design of Mine Hoist Load Monitoring System

    • 摘要: 设计了煤矿多绳摩擦式提升机安全监测系统。系统通过张力传感器采集钢丝绳的张力值,经A/D转换后通过无线模块近距离传输到井下传输接口,再由井下传输接口经过CAN总线传输到井上的主站;由于采用近距离无线传输和CAN总线,使系统有很高的抗干扰能力;同时系统具有称重显示、产量显示以及危险报警等功能;系统通过优化算法,采用节能芯片等方式达到了很高的节能要求。

       

      Abstract: We design mine-used multi-rope friction hoist safety monitoring system. The system uses the tension sensor to collect wire rope tension value and transfer the result to the underground transmission interface through wireless module after A/D conversion, and then the underground transmission interface sends the result to the ground master through CAN bus. Because of using wireless transmission from close range and CAN bus, the system has very high anti-interference ability. Meanwhile, the system has weighing display, output display and danger alarm functions. The system chooses optimization algorithm, uses energy-saving chips and meets the requirement of highly energy saving.
