    非屏蔽式线缆矿用设备馈电状态传感器

    Mine Equipment Feed State Sensor for Non-shielded Cable

    • 摘要: 针对现有煤矿中矿用设备开关负荷侧为非屏蔽线缆,馈电状态传感器不易安装、检测易受干扰和出现误判的问题,提出一种新型的馈电状态检测传感器设计方案;详细地分析了现有矿用馈电传感器通用检测原理,易受干扰和出现误判的原因;介绍了非屏蔽式矿用馈电状态传感器设计的总体设计,并重点对非屏蔽式线缆周围泄露的微弱电场信号采集装置进行详细阐述。传感器应用结果表明,新型的馈电传感器具有安装方便、不易受周围非屏蔽电缆泄露的电场干扰的优点,能够准确地将设备的馈电状态接入监控系统中,实现地面实时监测开关状态。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem that the loading side of existing mine-used equipment switch is the non-shielded cable and the feed state sensor is not easy to install, and tests are susceptible to be disturbed and misjudged, we design a new type of feed state detection sensor, we analyze the general detection principle of the mine-used feed sensor in detail, and the reasons of easy to be disturbed and misjudged. We introduce the overall design of non-shielded type mine-used feed state sensor and elaborate signal acquisition device for weak electric field leaked around non-shielded cable in detail. The application results show that the sensor has the advantages of easy installation, not easy to be disturbed by leaked electric field around shielded cable, accurately accessing feed state to monitoring system to realize real-time monitoring of the switch state from ground.
