Abstract: The paper presents a safety monitoring solution that a kind of shield tunneling machine can use for the construction of coal mine roadway excavation, and analyzes the consideration of key monitoring points selection in internal environment of shield tunneling machine, designs the measurement method of gas sampling and its specific structure way, introduces main components of the monitoring system, and proposes electric power supply plan of substation and sensor and power-off control scheme of system.
