    中岭煤矿近距离突出煤层群瓦斯综合治理技术实践

    Practice of Close Distance Outburst Coal Seams Gas Comprehensive Control Technology in Zhongling Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对中岭煤矿近距离突出煤层群面临的消突与工作面瓦斯超限问题,以及中岭煤矿煤层及瓦斯赋存的特点,提出了合理选择保护层开采、布置底板预抽、实施高位钻孔、工作面采用“Y”型通风和应用无煤柱开采等技术,最终形成中岭煤矿近距离突出煤层群瓦斯综合治理体系。经现场应用,通过煤层残余瓦斯含量法及钻屑指标法进行效果检验,结果表明预抽效果检验消突率及区域验证消突率均达到100%。

       

      Abstract: In view of outburst elimination and working face gas overrun problem in close distance coal seams of Zhongling Coal Mine, based on coal seams and gas occurrence characteristics, we propose the technologies of reasonable choosing protective layer mining, reasonable layout of floor drainage, "Y" style ventilation, reasonable implementation of high-level drilling and the application of coal mining without pillar, which eventually forms the close distance outburst coal seams gas comprehensive management system of Zhongling Coal Mine. By the field application, residual gas content of coal seam and index of drill cuttings method, the test results show that the drainage effect and outburst elimination rate and regional validation outburst elimination rate achieves 100%.
