    New Support System of Dynamic Load Fully Mechanized Mining Roadway in Daizhuang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为解决岱庄煤矿4324工作面动载综采巷道支护难的问题,综合考虑该工作面巷道动压大、煤柱破坏严重等特点,分析了前期支护及其存在的问题,提出了新型全螺纹等强锚杆+新型U形钢带+冷拔钢丝加筋点焊网支护体系,确定了合理的支护设计与支护材料参数,并应用于工程实际。并且通过数值模拟研究与现场支护效果的分析,验证了该支护技术的可行性。研究表明:该技术能够有效的控制4324工作面动载综采巷道的垮落与大变形,保证围岩的锚固支护效果,确保该工作面动载综采巷道的稳定与安全使用。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of difficult supporting of dynamic load fully mechanized mining roadway at 4324 working face in Daizhuang Coal Mine, the earlier supporting system and its problems were analyzed based on the large dynamic load of roadway and the serious damage of coal pillar. Then the new supporting system which including new full twist equal strength steel bolt, new U-shaped steel strip and cold-drawn steel wire reinforcement spot welding was proposed and the supporting design and supporting material parameters were determined. The feasibility of new supporting technology was proved based on the analysis of numerical simulation and supporting effect in field. The results show that new supporting technology could effectively control the collapse and large deformation of dynamic load in fully mechanized mining roadway of 4324 working face. The supporting effect of wall rock and the stability and safety of dynamic load roadway is ensured.
