    基于软岩巷道围岩分类的支护方案优化

    Optimization of Support Scheme Based on Classification of Surrounding Rock in Soft Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 针对软岩巷道难支护等问题,综合分析围岩稳定性影响因素及软岩巷道围岩控制理论,建立了软岩巷道围岩稳定性综合分类表及支护参数取值建议表;采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,揭示了不同围岩类别的巷道在不同支护设计下围岩塑性区演化规律及变形破坏特征,优化各类围岩支护方案。根据软岩巷道围岩综合分类表及支护参数取值建议表,提出了穿脉运输巷支护与修复加固技术方案;现场监测结果表明,修复加固方案能有效控制巷道变形,该围岩分类表及支护参数取值建议表在软岩巷道支护设计与施工中具有较好的工程应用价值。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the support problems of soft rock roadway, the effect factors and control theory of surrounding rock stability in soft rock roadway are analyzed comprehensively. The comprehensive classification table and the support parameters table of surrounding rock in soft rock roadways are set up. Based on the comprehensive classification table of surrounding rock, deformation characteristics and rock plastic zone distribution of surrounding rock with different support design and parameters are deeply revealed by using FLAC3D simulation. The optimized support technologies are proposed for each class of surrounding rock. The support design and techniques of repairing and strengthening for haulage roadways are proposed according to the table. The field monitoring result shows that it can control the deformation of roadway effectively. The table will find promising engineering application in the support design and construction.
