    • 摘要: 为了减少煤巷掘进工作面现场事故的发生,运用事故致因“2-4”模型理论和可视化管理方法,认为可视化管理可以作用于事故发生的直接原因,切断其与事故致因链的联系,以达到预防事故的目的。以某煤矿煤巷掘进工作面为研究对象,进行实地调研,取得设备、人员配备、违章行为及隐患的信息,并对煤巷掘进工作面进行安全标志设计,共计6种。安全标志设计预防煤巷掘进工作面现场事故的发生,最大限度地发挥安全标志的作用,保护员工的生命安全。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the accidents in the heading face of coal tunnels, the study based on the visual management theory and accident cause "2-4" model finds that the visual communication could cut the relation between the direct reasons and accident causation chain to achieve the purpose of preventing the accidents. Taking the coal tunnels as the object, we carry out field research and collect the data about equipment, personnel allocation, illegal behaviors and latent dangers and design 6 kinds of safety signs for the tunnels. The signs could prevent the accidents which may occur in the tunnels and maximize the effect on protecting people's life safety.
