    Experimental Study on Influence of Air Supply Amount on Coal Low Temperature Oxidation Characteristics

    • 摘要: 利用程序升温实验对5种不同粒径制成的混合煤样的低温氧化特性参数进行实验研究,通过对不同煤温、不同供风量条件下的CO2浓度、CO浓度及临界温度进行分析,得到了自燃过程中供风量对煤低温氧化特性的影响规律,确定了CO浓度与煤温、供风量的量化关系,揭示了CO浓度与煤温、供风量的曲线关系符合指数增长的趋势。

       

      Abstract: Characteristic parameters of low temperature oxidation of five kinds of mixed coal samples made of different sizes are studied through programming temperature test. Based on the analysis of carbon dioxide concentration, carbon monoxide concentration and the critical temperature under the condition of different coal temperature and air supply amout, we obtain influence laws of air supply amount on coal low temperature oxidation properties in the process of spontaneous combustion, and determine the quantitative relation of carbon monoxide concentration and coal temperature, air supply volume, reveal that the curve relation of carbon monoxide concentration, coal temperature and air supply volume conforms to the trend of exponential growth.
