    基于SDQ-63型深孔定点取样装置的回采工作面瓦斯含量合理取样深度研究

    Research on Reasonable Sampling Depth of Gas Content at Working Face Based on SDQ-63 Deep Hole Fixed-point Sampling Device

    • 摘要: 不同钻具及不同煤层赋存条件下的取样深度不同,为确保瓦斯含量测定的可靠性和准确性,并为工作面布置提供依据,对回采工作面的合理取样深度进行了研究。通过仿真取样实验研究了反循环取样装置的最大取样深度,并以贵州某矿12033回采工作面为例,基于SDQ-63型深孔定点取样装置,通过现场考察确定3#煤层上向孔的合理取样深度为110 m、下向孔为94 m。

       

      Abstract: The sampling depth is different under the condition of different drilling tools and coal seam occurrence.To ensure the reliability and accuracy of gas content measurement and provide the basis for arrangement of working face,this paper studied the reasonable sampling depth of working face.The maximum sampling depth of reverse circulation sampling device by simulation sample test is obtained.Through taking 12033 working face of a mine in Guizhou as an example,by using SDQ-63 deep hole fixed-point sampling device,reasonable sampling depth is determined by site inspection that the up-hole is 110 m and downward drilling hole is 94 m.
