    Pressure Balancing Ventilation Technology for Fire Prevention in Room Mining Goaf

    • 摘要: 内蒙古伊泰煤炭股份有限公司诚意煤矿5103综采工作面上覆4#煤房采采空区已出现火区,通过钻孔对火区进行监控,并对5#煤采空区的垮落带和断裂带高度进行计算,分析得出5#煤开采不会受火区明火的影响,但有毒有害气体会侵入工作面造成隐患。因此,决定在5103综采工作面采用均压通风技术,通过增压调压试验观察,效果明显,彻底解决了工作面受火区威胁问题,安全完成了房采工作面的回采。

       

      Abstract: The room mining goaf of 4# coal seam over 5103 fully mechanized working face which belongs to Chengyi Coal Mine of Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Company has been a fire zone. Therefore, through monitoring the fire zone by drillings, we calculated the height of caving zone and fault zone of 5# coal seam, and proved a conclusion that the coal mining of 5# coal seam would not be affected by burning flame. However, the poisonous and harmful gas may invade the working face to cause damage. So, we decided to use pressure balancing ventilation technology in 5103 working face. Through supercharging pressure and regulating pressure experiment, we have found this technology can not only wipe out the threats which come from the fire zone, but also complete mining of 5103 working face safely.
