    Fire Prevention and Cotrol Technology for Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Withdrawal Period

    • 摘要: 针对神华新疆能源有限责任公司屯宝煤矿11141综放工作面煤层易自然发火的实际情况,提出了采空区无火灾征兆和出现火灾征兆2种形式下的火灾防治技术措施。当采空区无火灾征兆时,采用自然发火监测、封堵漏风通道、下巷埋管注氮、上巷埋管灌浆的预防性技术措施;当采空区出现火灾征兆时,采用上下巷施工密闭、封闭注氮、钻孔注浆的综合治理措施,保证了11141工作面顺利回撤。

       

      Abstract: For the actual situation of easy self-ignition seam at 11141 fully mechanized caving face in Tunbao Mine of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Company, we propose the fire prevention and control technology measures under two kinds of situation about no signs of fire and signs of fire in the goaf. When the goaf has no signs of fire, we use the preventive technical measures about spontaneous combustion monitoring, sealing and blocking the air leakage channels, burying pipe to inject nitrogen in lower roadway, burying pipe to grout nitrogen in upper roadway and injecting two-phase foam. When the goaf has signs of fire, the comprehensive control measures about constructing airtight wall in both upper and lower roadway, injecting nitrogen by sealing, grouting to the gob by drilling holes are adopted, which ensures successful retreatment of Tunbao Mine 11141 working face.
