    Measurement While Drilling System for Directional Drilling Machine of Underground Coal Mine Based on ARM

    • 摘要: 为实现煤矿瓦斯抽采的安全高效进行,根据煤矿井下定向钻机的施工环境和施工工艺要求,开发了一套基于ARM处理器的高精度随钻测量系统,建立了钻孔轨迹绘制的数学模型,设计了测斜探管硬件电路,编制了钻孔轨迹数据处理软件,并进行了地面试验和井下随钻测量试验。试验结果表明,该系统测量精度高,通信稳定,满足煤矿井下随钻测量的技术要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the safety and high efficiency of coal mine gas drainage, we developed a high precision measurement while drilling system based on ARM processor according to the construction environment and construction technology requirements of underground directional drilling machine, and established the mathematical model of the borehole trajectory, designed the hardware circuit of inclinometer probe, and programmed the borehole trajectory data processing software, and conducted the ground test and coal mine borehole MWD experiment. The test results show that the system with high accuracy and stability can meet the technical requirements of the measurement of coal mine underground.
