    Continuous Haulage System Application Technology of Endless Rope Towing Vehicle with Super-large Inclination Angle

    • 摘要: 针对平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司三矿十号井孤岛长壁工作面轨道斜巷的超大倾角、多转弯、长运距的工程条件,采用无极绳牵引车连续运输系统,以循环钢丝绳梭车牵引列车的辅助运输设备,代替多部串联调度绞车,实现长距离上、下坡和多转弯变向的辅助运输。经过选型计算采用SQ-120/132P系列无极绳牵引车连续运输方式。对轨道质量提出要求的同时,建立了转弯期间梭车列车受力分析理论模型,推出了转弯时梭车列车理论运行速度与梭车列车质量之间的关系:随着梭车牵引列车质量的增加,梭车正常运行速度将会减小,通过现场工业性试验得到了不同牵引条件下梭车列车运行速度的合理取值范围,保证了梭车列车不出现翻车、掉道事故,提高了无极绳牵引车连续运输系统的安全性能和推广应用范围。

       

      Abstract: Based on the project conditions of super-large inclined angle, many turnings and long haulage distance of track inclined drift at island longwall working face in the Tenth shaft of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Mining Company Limited No.3 Coal Mine, we use endless rope towing vehicle continuous transportation system and loop wire rope shuttle car to pull auxiliary transport equipment and instead of multiple scheduling winches and achieve auxiliary transport with long haulage distance, uphill and downhill and many turnings. After selection calculation, continuous transport system of endless rope towing vehicle with series SQ-120/132P was used. The quality of track was requested, at the same time, we established a force analysis theoretical model on shuttle train during it turning, introduced the relationship between theoretical running speed and the quality of shuttle train. With the increasing of shuttle train quality, its normal running speed will decrease. Through field industrial test, the reasonable ranging of running speed for shuttle train under different towing conditions was obtained. Conclusions of the study could avoid overturned and off track accidents of shuttle train, which improves the safety performance and application range of continuous transportation system with endless rope towing vehicle.
