    Stability Control Technology for Roadside Filling Wall of Gob-side Entry Retaining and Its Application

    • 摘要: 在分析了沿空留巷巷旁充填墙体稳定性控制过程中存在问题的基础上,从优化巷旁墙体自身承载能力和改善巷旁墙体外部受力环境2方面入手,提出了充填前材料选择,预置钢筋网架,顶板锚杆锚索加强支护,充填后墙体锚杆加固,以及协调围岩支护体系等巷旁墙体稳定性控制技术,结合沙曲矿24207大采高强扰动工作面留巷工程实践,取得了预期的效果。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of analyzing existing problems of stability control of roadside filling wall in the course of gob-side entry retaining, from two aspects of optimizing bearing behavior of roadside wall and improving external stress environment of roadside wall, we propose the control technology for roadside wall stability, such as materials selection, preseting steel mesh reinforcement, strengthening support of filling wall by roof bolt and cable, anchor reinforcement of roadside wall after filling and coordinating surrounding rock supporting system. Combined with the engineering practice of Shaqu Coal Mine 24207 working face, it gets the expected effect.
